A unique and exciting technology to help manage beverages and bar operations.  through the use of embedded computer chips and a radio in a free pour spout, the owner or manager of a retail establishment serving alcohol can see as it happens , what is being served.  Reports show the manager how products sell and tracks inventory to eliminate stock outs.  The spout does not restrict flow and requires no added actions on the part of the server.  Savings in the cost of goods sold pay for the system in a short time.
